- General principles of facial structure. The "Three tissues" rule. Boundaries and landmarks of areas, true causes of folds and furrows.
- Subdermal ligamentous apparatus. The role of ligaments in the formation of age-related changes and their treatment.
- The importance of SMAS in the volumizing and lifting capacity of tissues.
- Superficial and deep fat, gravitational and dynamic factors in the movement of fat compartments. Sliding spaces and their role in the therapy of tissue aging.
- Plastic anatomy. Sculpting of the ligamentous apparatus, fat compartments, vessels on a skull model.
- Main vessels and perforators, their role in the blood supply of the area. The level of occurrence of vessels along various parts of the face. The "Traffic Light" rule. Dangerous zones during correction with a needle and cannula.
- Ischemic disorders of the face - intra- and extravasal mechanisms. Acute and delayed manifestations of ischemia. How to exclude the risk of ischemia.
- Anatomical analysis in groups.
